Habit Transformation.

Occasionally we may get hooked to a certain habit that is hard to find a way to do away with it. Changes as transformation are painful but its results are good.

Most of us long to live healthier, more disciplined lives, plan and achieve goals. Yet our most determined efforts to change too often come to nothing.

Habits are what tie us down and our lifestyles are often little more than the total of our habits. Sure, they can help us glide through our days, saving time and energy.

But habits can make our lives more difficult as well and if you doubt that, think of how and process through which a caterpillar undergoes when transforming and developing into a beautiful butterfly that everyone admires.

Good habits do accompany good human qualities that attribute to success as a human being. 

How habits are formed?

Habits are formed when any thought or action is repeated over and over again, builds up, making it easier to repeat the same thought and action.


 Any behavior that can be reduced to a routine is one less behavior that we must spend time and energy consciously thinking about and deciding upon

The repetition of anything good or bad causes the habits to become firm in our lives, and habits determine our character.

Transform Yourself.

1. You determine your destiny by the choices you make each day.

2. How you feel shapes your character.

3. Your choices make physical and chemical changes in your brain and nerve system.

4. Changing yourself in terms of attitude and  perception will change everything

5. Human nature is choosing habits that will bring positivity in life. Transforming ourselves is achieving that nature of positivity.

Everything changes.

Habit discontinuity depends on you. Everything in the world is changing. You are constantly changing. Changing harmful habits is good. It opens many opportunities for self-growth and improvement.

To make progress in life and healthy living you need transformation, change things that hurt you.
