A Sold Choice

Two men deciding for the other person

Snakes in the grass,
Eyes popped up for my popcorn,
They infest it when I am gone,
So, I pop up my eyes for their attention.
They sell me corn, so I  make my popcorn again.
They spoil it when I don't eat it.

When they let me choose,
I decide to loose,
Noisy mice race for my loses.

When they sell a house,
They choose me to buy a wooden one.
Only not to reveal, to conceal my only choice.
When I let termites and mice decide,
I become hungry, homeless, and destitute.

When they sell me meat,
They let hyenas and coyotes decide,
Bones choose to wait for your hearty tears.

Easily! I take a bait,
Until it's too late to decide,
Irrelevant is my opinion,
Obsolete is my decision.
Their lies are sweet for my emotions,
Believing in their choices over my choice.
