A Throne in the Jungle

Blowing dust

Ten years ago,

I miraculously walked into the heart of the jungle,

The jungle was once a peaceful home to my people.

The people chose me to go,

To run the jungle among people.

I had to choose a fine man as an example,

To accompany the throne through the door of the jungle.

Instead, the former king shook the jungle,

A fine flower did tumble.

It came down the window through one of the three pillars of the jungle.

He said "King! Take that fine flower and go",

The alien flower I didn't know.

From that flower, bizarre dusty air would blow,

It could kill me, I didn't know,

But the former king knew it all.
