Always waking up feeling uneasy to go for normal daily routine.

Probably something important is missing to jump-start your day. That's exercise, since when did you exercise lastly, probably you can remember.
Jogging

Inactivity is described as a "Silent Killer".
According to "NHS-UK", Sedentary behavior such as sitting, and lying down for long periods, is bad for your health.

Not only you should try to raise your activity levels but you should reduce the amount of time you and your family spend sitting down.

Examples of common Sedentary behavior include watching TV, using a computer, using the car for short journeys, and sitting down to read, talk, or listen to music.

This type of behavior is thought to increase your risk of developing many chronic diseases, such as heart diseases, stroke, as well as type 2 diabetes, and also weight gain and obesity.

If exercise were a pill, it could be one of the most cost-effective drugs ever invented.
says Dr. Nick Cavill, a health promotion consultant.

Exercise makes us feel good and our lives function normally. Increasing overall energy and efficiency in all areas of our lives.

Lack of exercise not only makes us feel horrible but also affects our health to a large extent.

And in addition, exercise is among the natural remedies to many ailments and also living longer.

"To be beautiful today, you have to be healthy and fit. And to be healthy and fit, you've to exercise."Health Power; Aileen Ludington, MD and Hans Diehl, DrHSc, MPH

 Research shows:

  • Exercise strengthens the heart.
  • Exercise strengthens bones by helping retain calcium and other minerals.
  • Exercise reduces depression and relieves anxiety as well as stress.
  • Exercise helps maintain desirable weight levels.
  • Exercise improves blood circulation making clearer minds, better sleep, and faster healing of damaged body areas.
  • Exercise boosts self-esteem and mood.
  • Exercise reduces the risk of dementia and Alzheimer's disease, colon cancer, breast cancer, osteoarthritis, hip fracture and falls among adults.

What can we do to exercise?

Simple exercise like walking nearly everyone can do it and it's funny.

Also swimming, bicycling, gardening, yard work, and golf.

Hardier souls, jogging, stair climbing, rock climbing, jumping rope, and skiing provide challenging variation.

In bad weather try stationary bicycles, trampolines, rowing machines, or simply walking or jogging in one place.

To be effective, active aerobic exercise should be brisk and continuous for at least 15-20 minutes or more.
Also, a daily active exercise program of 30 -40 minutes is of maximum benefit.

Hating exercise!

Just think we brush our teeth, cleaning house, wash the car, mow the lawn, do dishes, go to work.

We do these because we like rewards: beautiful teeth, an attractive home, a clean car, a regular paycheck.

These activities then become our daily routine and accepted part of our daily living.

Exercise is more beneficial greater than a clean house since its benefits last a lifetime.
