The Mind Is The Limit

D.W.Kadete.

Think of what we plan and achieve without thinking. Our world runs with thinking minds. We can do things effectively by thinking with our minds.

The mind

For example, we can decide to read a book, reading will be effective if we can think of what we are reading fully, what is useful and how useful the information we are reading can be, and so on.

The mind can be a limiting factor to achieving greater thinking potential if it's limited and reduced to a useless part of human consciousness.

"The mind is the limit. As long as the mind can envision the fact that you can do something, you can do it, as long as you believe 100 percent." Arnold Schwarzenegger

These things are an indication of a limit in one's mind's ability to think.

  • Worrying about the unknown without thinking.
  • Believing in fairytales rather than seeing through the lines of facts and hearsay.
  • Mental bondage and brainwashing ideas become a part of your life.
  • Being unable to learn, solve problems, and change life for the better.

The greatest limitations in life come through the mind,  paralyzing each part of life with worries, anxiety, stagnation, beliefs, and ignorance.

Limiting your thinking hurts your consciousness.

A person who has limited one's mental ability to think can't do and achieve the following:

  • Self-reflection.

The ability to witness and evaluate our own cognitive, emotional, and behavioral processes. A fully thinking mind has no limit to trying to explore and apply these necessary abilities.

  • Self-improvement.

Self-improvement can involve improving any aspect of the self, for example, personal qualities, skills, and even the roles we play in life.

  • Self-confidence.

Self-confidence is an attitude about your skills and abilities. It means you accept and trust yourself and has a sense of control in your life. You know your strengths and weakness well, and have a positive view of yourself.

  • Make changes in life for good.

Are you stuck in a trench and want something more from your life? Is change even possible? Life changes can feel hopeless, especially after failures.  Mindful thinking can help to decide to Change your Life by learning to adopt discomfort and identify the reason why you want to change your life.

  • Value of one's ability.

Values are the beliefs that motivate people to act a certain way. For example, people who value honesty tend to be on time and like to spend time effectively. Does a person's worth depend on their ability to be useful? what's important in life is understanding your values to help you live an authentic, and happy life. Learn how to identify them, and use them in decision-making.

  • Creativity and Imagination.

Creativity and Imagination are the products of thinking, often associated with one another. They are two unique skills. Creativity is commonly referred to as the ability to create something real using the imagination. Whereas imagination is the capability to create in one's mind what does not exist. A mind's limits of thinking can not attain these distinctive skills of creating and discovering new things.

  • Wellbeing.

So many of our habits, patterns of behavior, and pre-established mapping out are concealed in our subconscious. They function in kind as a center of control directing how our minds think, feel, and act, often having to do with our well-being.

Extending The Limited Mind

Our thoughts are continually capable of extending our cognitive and physical limits.

Our thoughts can release abilities beyond ordinary limits. Abilities such as better vision, and stronger muscle expectations can have surprising effects on life and consciousness.

"Where the mind ends the world begins."

  • The mind extends its ability by taking elements from outside the head and drawing them into the thinking process. This allows the mind to think in ways the brain couldn't on its own.
  • Activities such as walking, acting, exercising and body movements improve mind thinking in ways that make the mind active as the body moves.
  • Interaction in social settings such as storytelling, debating, and teaching stimulates the mind to process thinking effectively.
  • Reading books, playing mind games such as puzzles and strategic games, and gaining new ideas through exploring the environment, chatting, and sports can activate the mind to think.

The life we live gives us a sort of experience of which our minds are part. The limit in mind thinking capacity can make our lives hard as we become rigid, in productive by not using it to its full to achieve the highest mind moldability.

We can therefore grow, evolve, improve, and discover as we try to imagine to achieve Inventiveness and Innovation. Limiting our minds to thinking is limiting life progress, intelligence, and well-being.
